Seems like a bit of a rip-off! $41 for eyebrow threading feels excessive. The procedure took less than 10 minutes, and then they expected me to shell out $41. The technician claimed my brows were uneven and promised a fix, but honestly, I didn't notice any difference. It would have been nice if they had warned me about the steep price beforehand, especially since I was a new customer. Chloe and the Serein Lash Lounge team are extraordinary! I relocated recently to Chelsea and had been experimenting with multiple different lash spots to get my fills done and wasn’t successful until I arrived here. They are incredibly kind and sweet, very fair with prices, can do my fills swiftly but effectively and are always incredibly flexible with appointments. The sole spot in the metropolis where my lashes last and I am not shelling out an exorbitant sum of money (which is incredibly hard to find in NYC). I was doing a root canal and I was in so much pain, that even painkillers were not helping, I was crying like crazy and the pain wouldn’t go away, Dr. Samantha offered me to try acupuncture, I went in and after 5 min I didn’t have any pain anymore and then I even fell asleep! Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

I opted for the body scrub and 1-hour massage combo. My masseur, a skilled and charming American, provided a great service. However, the initial conversation with the receptionist was a bit awkward. There should be more effort put into communication, including explaining procedures, setting expectations, personal introductions, etc. It wasn't the most welcoming start, but I managed to navigate through it. The body scrub was fantastic, although the lighting was a bit too bright. The massage was equally enjoyable. While I don't recall the exact total cost, I do remember thinking that the overall price, including a generous tip, was justified.About
