It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. However, during my recent visit, I requested the same taper fade two block cut from the female barber. Unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. While I acknowledge that each barber has unique skills, the outcome was simply unacceptable. Despite my reservations, I paid and tipped accordingly. They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing. WOW just WOW. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Alex was my therapist and she was great. She worked on most of the knots I had, she used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music. I opted for the body scrub and 1-hour massage combo. My masseur, a skilled and charming American, provided a great service. However, the initial conversation with the receptionist was a bit awkward. There should be more effort put into communication, including explaining procedures, setting expectations, personal introductions, etc. It wasn't the most welcoming start, but I managed to navigate through it. The body scrub was fantastic, although the lighting was a bit too bright. The massage was equally enjoyable. While I don't recall the exact total cost, I do remember thinking that the overall price, including a generous tip, was justified.About

My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.About
