My 3rd visit here and each time I'm more impressed! I have thick, long Caribbean curls and the blowout I receive from Marisol always leaves me feeling gorgeous! I've entrusted her with my bangs, my hair for college graduation, and now a butterfly cut! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and consistently maintaining cleanliness. Doing my hair from start to finish usually takes me around 2-3 hours at home, but here I'm in and out in just 1!! Grateful to the team at 23rd st salon, I'll definitely be returning ❤️About

It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time.
