This was by far the best waxing experience I've ever had! Usually, the technician would rip off large sections of hair at once and not warn me about potential pain. This has made me hesitant to keep up with it. Leah, at the Tribeca branch, was fantastic! She gave me advice on managing discomfort, guided me through breathing techniques, and used smaller strips to reduce the pain. While waxing will never be easy for me, working with Leah made it bearable and even changed my perspective on consistency. Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut Iβve ever gotten. Iβm usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that Iβm just going to people who donβt have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It wouldβve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.About
