Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

This salon is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite not usually leaving reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who regularly gets dip manicures with tips, I can confidently say this place does not meet the standard. While needing 2 tips for my broken nails, the technician attempted to remove my dip using a nail file instead of a drill, which was readily available. She even used a METROCARD for removal, which is highly unsanitary. My nails are weak due to frequent manicures, and I had to ask her to be careful, but the process was still rough. Another technician applied a tip on one finger but used gauze and eyebrow scissors on the next, resulting in a nail resembling Donald Duck's beak. The service took 2 hours, and finding the salon was a challenge as it was hidden on the third floor behind a discreet doorway. I fear this $70 manicure won't last a week, especially after one nail fell off in just 4 days. I strongly advise against visiting this place.About

Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity.
