Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

The staff was very helpful and informative, with one of their piercers even examining my ear and providing care and treatment advice. It was a great experience, and I love my new 14K earring!About

I had to return for corrections as there was a communication issue with my stylist the second time. Despite requesting simple layers and face-framing, I left with a completely different hairstyle that I am not happy with. For the price I paid, I expected better service.About

I purchased a voucher for $38 for a 60-minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. The regular price for the massage on the website is $48. Upon arrival, they insisted on a $5 tax payment. Nowhere on the voucher does it mention this. They claim it's in the fine print??? When using a voucher, I have already paid for the service I am purchasing. I have used vouchers in the past for massages and have never been asked for a “tax”. This establishment seems to be trying to extract more money from clients. Furthermore, the therapist attempted to pressure me into leaving a tip before the treatment. When have you ever left a tip before receiving a service, especially a massage?! In the massage room, the table was very rigid, and the only covering available was a towel with stains. Lastly, the therapist never inquired about which areas I wanted to focus on. I ended up lying on my back for the entire 60 minutes. The massage itself was decent, but the customer service was lacking.
