Disappointing experience with acupuncture. I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage. Yoshi is a master at her work! Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever visited her salon, and my experience was celebrity stylist quality to say the least, and I couldn’t have been happier. Her skills her knowledge experience is unmatched. I felt like I was being treated like a movie star. This was my first time doing Japanese hair, straightening known as thermal reconditioning. It was fantastic. She spoke to me, broke everything down as how everything was going to go down. The process was simple and we spoke the entire time. My fiancée was present with me, and she can agree. She had a great time at the salon. She said she felt like she was in a spa. I’d like to thank Yoshi for this experience, and I will be returning for my touchups within 4-6 months and I’m looking forward to my Hair journey with her. My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.About
