The nail job was a complete disaster. Excessive glue, incorrect filing, short-lasting results, and a shape that was not what I requested. Additionally, the lack of communication and speaking their language in front of me was rude.
I was a loyal customer at this salon for nearly a year, despite inconsistent service. However, a recent incident was shocking. The technician was rough during my manicure, despite my polite request for gentleness due to my pregnancy. The rushed treatment lasted less than 30 minutes, and the technician displayed a strange attitude during payment. After being told I was no longer welcome due to alleged aggressive behavior, I was left bewildered and saddened by the treatment. The lack of communication and professionalism in handling the situation was disappointing.
The salon's interior was stunning, and the staff were friendly and patient while choosing a color. However, my nails started chipping after just a week, which left me very disappointed.
