They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing. They do good work, but the front desk definitely lacks flexibility.
I've been coming to KIDA NYC for the past 4 years. A few of my friends get their haircuts here too. Getting a haircut here is always a highlight of my day. So grateful to Shin and the whole team. Much love!
