Just got my 2nd tattoo after not being inked for over 15 years. To say i was anxious is an understatement, but by the grace of God i was blessed with a tattoo artist by the name of Chino. Guys he was amazing, the lightest hands. I’m coming to get another tattoo with him in a few weeks, he has converted me.
I took my six month old to get her ears pierced. Kapital was so kind and playful with the baby. He took his time to sterilize, measure and mark her ears prior to piercing them to ensure the piercings would be leveled and even. He thoroughly cleaned the work surface before placing down the equipment and the needles and other tools were sterilized and individually sealed. He opened them right before use in front of us. He explained what he was going to do before doing it and was very patient when my little one cried after the first piercing. He thoroughly explained care instructions to avoid infections and made himself available in case any questions or concerns did come up. THE SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY 5-STAR, HANDS DOWN. The only reason I gave a four star rating is because there was a situation with some of the employees that was handled in a public manner in front of customers which could’ve been handled more privately. I understand situations come up and we all have bad days, but just something to be aware of.
