It seems like my previous review got removed so I'll write it again. The receptionist was quite impolite and had the nerve to add 15% of 180 as the tip without informing me it was calculated from the total amount and not from the groupon deal I had. The technician did an average job, her name was Litsy.. I wouldn't suggest this place
JJ lashes is truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the establishment until the end of my appointment, the service and lash extensions were unparalleled! The front desk team, so welcoming and knowledgeable…the technicians, incredibly skilled at their work (also very friendly and knowledgeable). I often visit the herald square location and would highly recommend this place to everyone - Mika did my lash extension service with the ruby set: she is a genuine artist!
Fantastic service..from the warm welcome at the reception to the initial consultation and the precise lash application (I had Elise but all the staff there are fantastic), to the relaxing foot massage..all in all, a wonderful experience! The highlight, my lashes look stunning and incredibly natural!
