I haven’t visited a nail salon since I moved to Chicago (2 years ago) because I used to work as a nail technician and was very particular about my nails. Glamour Nails is exceptionally modern, spotless, and the team is welcoming. Today, I had an appointment with Bella for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and she was exceptional. I adore how she paid attention to every detail of my nails and didn’t rush through the process. Bella always ensured I approved of the colors and shapes before proceeding. I will definitely schedule with her again!
I've been a regular at this salon for around 4 months now, and their services are decent. The spa packages are satisfactory, but often I feel my sessions are rushed, and I dislike the rough sandpaper pads they use for foot scrubbing. Also, does anyone at that salon have the skill to do nail designs, or are they just being lazy? I've only had two designs good enough to wear, which is disappointing.
My experience at this salon was fantastic! Incredibly clean and incredibly accommodating. I popped in on a Friday afternoon while traveling because I had a broken nail. After calling ahead, they assured me they could fit me in. I arrived 20 minutes later, and they immediately took care of my nail. The interior of the salon was lovely and exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t seen any pictures beforehand but relied on the positive reviews. I’m thrilled I stopped by as they saved the day and created a beautiful design just as I requested!
