Hair Repair Bar by Gioje

My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.

I had scheduled a birthday trip to LA and we don't offer the scalp treatment where I live so I knew I wanted to book it. It was a simply process to book and I couldn't wait until the day of the treatment. I was greeted right away by the staff (they were all very friendly) and they offered me a beverage. My stylist, Jessica, was wonderful and made me feel right at home. She walked me through everything we were going to do to my hair and the benefits. The first thing she did was put the tiny microscope on my scalp where I was able to see the build up and we settled on a treatment plan from there. She then put the essential oil treatment on my scalp and I sat under the steamer for 20 minutes. It was so relaxing! I just sat there and would close my eyes now and then and just breathe in the steam and essential oils. It was so lovely. Then she washed out the treatment and shampooed and conditioned my head. I was in heaven! Jessica then asked me how I would like my hair styled and I loved the way it turned out. She used the microscope again so I could see the difference in my scalp. I walked out feeling so light, refreshed, my scalp felt amazing and just so happy. It was a wonderful, wonderful experience and I wished I lived closer because I assure you I would have this done all the time. I purchased their scalp brush (it feels great) and the scalp facial for oily scalps. I am very happy with this purchase. Please book as you won't be disappointed! Side note: The neighborhood the salon is located in was beautiful!

This salon is absolutely fabulous. My mother recommended it to me and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I had never noticed how broken and damaged my hair was until I went there. I did the split end treatment with the oil special care because my hair were really damaged. Folks, this is absolutely worth trying. The prices are more than correct for the services and the end result are just unbelievable. I’ll be going back there before I fly back home + get some of their hair products.
