She patiently addressed all my inquiries, shared inspirational photos, and managed to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment the same week! On the day of the appointment, I was a bit nervous since it was my first time dyeing my hair, but she assisted me in choosing the perfect colors and reassured me by explaining each step.
