Bowery location: Alex has been fantastic - I usually have a clear idea of what I want when visiting the hair salon, but today I felt like trying something different, so I asked Alex for her opinion on what to do with my hair. Her suggestion was spot on, a much-needed change. The color and haircut turned out beautifully, and I'm really happy with them. I feel great about myself! Additionally, she was very kind and accommodating towards me and my daughter who was with me during the appointment - she understood when I needed to attend to her, and even with these unexpected moments, she finished right on time at 2 pm!
