I have a desire to show support for this Hispanic owned business. However, on multiple occasions, the service was lacking. I made appointments online and once had to endure over an hour of waiting to be attended to. On another occasion, the individual I had scheduled with was no longer employed there. Furthermore, I was passed between technicians due to a shortage of staff. Additionally, their expertise is subpar. I only found my nails satisfactory once after visiting this place. And the most disappointing aspect is the owner's demeanor. She is not unkind but lacks warmth entirely. I followed her on social media and anticipated a welcoming persona. However, she consistently appears discontent. One can achieve much more with the right attitude and management.
