This was my first experience with laser hair removal. Taylor was extremely helpful during my initial consultation and clearly has a lot of experience as a technician. The pricing on Groupon is amazing, and redeeming the voucher was a breeze. I appreciate their extended hours, as it allows me to come after work and makes scheduling easier. The space is very clean, hygienic, and pleasant. The treatment was quite painful for me, but that's not a reflection on the quality of service or the business. I will also mention that the walls are thin, and you can hear conversations in the treatment room while waiting in the reception area.
I've been coming here for over a year now for laser hair removal and I couldn't recommend it more. Taylor is extremely professional and really looks after her clients, making you feel so at ease. The results have been truly life-changing! 10/10 recommend 🩷

Taylor is knowledgeable and friendly, and she did an excellent job ensuring the settings were just right for my comfort and desired results.
