The nail polish application was decent, but my primary reason for the appointment was for a manicure, which involves caring for the hands, and unfortunately, that was lacking. The person who did my nails didn't even trim my cuticles; she pretended to do so, but I could see that she wasn't actually cutting them. It was quite frustrating as they clearly lack the skills to provide a proper manicure. On top of that, I had to tip her, and for what? Not receiving a proper manicure??? Very disappointed!!!! You can still see my nails and the dead skin left unattended.About

The facility appeared unkempt, with an overflowing trash can in the bathroom, raising concerns about cleanliness. Once in the treatment room, there was a lack of communication about what to expect. I had to interrupt the process to ask basic questions, as the technician seemed rushed and uninformative. I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. But I think without Nelly it wouldn't make such sense because she is super professional!
