I opted for the body scrub and 1-hour massage combo. My masseur, a skilled and charming American, provided a great service. However, the initial conversation with the receptionist was a bit awkward. There should be more effort put into communication, including explaining procedures, setting expectations, personal introductions, etc. It wasn't the most welcoming start, but I managed to navigate through it. The body scrub was fantastic, although the lighting was a bit too bright. The massage was equally enjoyable. While I don't recall the exact total cost, I do remember thinking that the overall price, including a generous tip, was justified.About
