Taylor's calming presence and the seemingly magical laser hair removal device they use have made each session significantly less painful than my previous experiences elsewhere. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time.
