I had a fantastic, swift, and cost-effective experience at "The Spot" on a Tuesday afternoon. Alex was able to assist me promptly. They aided in the positioning for the flat part and carefully placed the third piercing on my ear lobes (both sides) due to one ear being larger. In the end, the placements were spot on! The whole process took about 10-15 minutes and the total cost (including the jewelry) was $103 for three piercings. Alex had a great sense of humor and was very helpful, enhancing the overall experience. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
