Incredible deep tissue somatic body work massage to address physical fatigue and emotional trauma. Taylor is both professional, warm, and welcoming, but also incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy. They took the time to listen carefully to me and explain using the anatomy chart where they were going to focus their technique. The treatment was targeted and very healing - one of the best massages I've ever received. After the massage, they explained to me what they observed and what the treatment plan would be should I elect to return (which I am!). Recommended by my PT office and now I highly recommend as well! Also super convenient location if you work downtown. Easy online booking via app a plus too!
