Olivia & K Hair Salon is the absolute best! I can always count on Olivia to give me an incredible haircut that my friends and family rave about. She is attentive and focused during each session, and I'm amazed by her skill and the consistent quality of her work. Olivia is like a stylist virtuoso-- just when I think she is finished, she makes a few more snips here, a comb-spray-cut combo there, and boom! She's gone the extra mile to make me look and feel like a million bucks, every time. I had numerous, very extended discussions with Olivia about scheduling an appointment for my hair color. After flying in from Sydney and heading to the shop as agreed, I was notified that despite a pricing agreement, sending photos, and agreement on a $650 color for my hair, I was advised that she never actually put the appointment on her books. Therefore, the one day I have available to get my hair colored I won't be getting it done!
