I visited for a pedicure and gel X nail extensions. A nail technician named Alex served me. They began working on my nails and attached two nails that were not the correct size despite my repeated feedback. One of the nails was glued on crooked, and when I asked for a correction, they raised their voice at me and insisted on just filing it straight. The ill-fitting nail was causing discomfort, but instead of fixing it, they yelled at me, caused a scene, and refused to continue the service. Feeling uneasy, I chose to pay for the completed work and leave. Another nail technician helped trim the nails, and I opted not to stay for the nail soaking. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had. I do not recommend this place and will not return. I left a $15 cash tip, which I now regret.
My visit was disappointing. The staff was friendly, but I felt rushed throughout. I was asked to pay halfway through my manicure, a step I didn't see them ask others to do. I requested a French manicure with colored tips but ended up with a poorly done manicure that is already chipping less than 24 hours later.
Regrettably, my experience was negative even though the staff was friendly. I visited during my lunch break and informed the technician that I had only 40 minutes. While I appreciated their attempt to respect my time, the service lasted 55 minutes. At the end, the technician implied that the result wasn't perfect due to time constraints. Feeling guilty, I wanted to mention that the rush wasn't necessary since the service took nearly an hour. Upon leaving, I noticed that my left thumb nail was crooked and uneven. Four days later, I returned to have that one nail fixed, but it turned out worse than before. The first image shows the initial result, while the second depicts the "fixed" nail. It's perplexing how they could overlook such a glaring issue. I decided against going back for a third attempt.
