This was my first experience with laser hair removal. Taylor was extremely helpful during my initial consultation and clearly has a lot of experience as a technician. The pricing on Groupon is amazing, and redeeming the voucher was a breeze. I appreciate their extended hours, as it allows me to come after work and makes scheduling easier. The space is very clean, hygienic, and pleasant. The treatment was quite painful for me, but that's not a reflection on the quality of service or the business. I will also mention that the walls are thin, and you can hear conversations in the treatment room while waiting in the reception area.About

I am quite particular about my hair, and for $15 for a cut and wash, I am not completely satisfied but not entirely disappointed either. I did mention the skin fade to the barber three times, but there seemed to be a communication gap. Despite some nods of acknowledgment, the fade was not done, and the cut is a bit uneven. However, he did maintain the length I requested. I had been to this location before and the haircut wasn’t too bad. But this time, it was terrible that even my partner said “it’s strange”.
