This was my premiere visit to this spot and I’m let down. I spied reviews online and opted to reserve a silk press for an upcoming birthday. I reached my appointment punctually and my stylist was on hand and got right to work. She offered me some counsel on flat ironing my hair at home and some product recommendations. She was kind and easy to collaborate with. Why 2 stars? I reserved a silk press with cut/trim and I did not receive a silk press. My hair looks more like a blow out that I did myself and this is only HOURS after I departed the shop. While my hair feels soft, it is also a tad dry. The trim I got was decent, but I think more should’ve been taken off. My hair I observed also had a slight burnt scent as I walked home. My acrylic nails always endure for a solid three weeks, and I've received numerous compliments since I began frequenting this spot. Genesis & his hands were a blessing. I came to him after 3 post op massages with another provider. Those massages were child's play. The experience paled in comparison. Genesis was incredibly knowledgeable about his craft & all things post op related. From scar removal. To vitamins. To post op nutrition. When I say everything… this guy knew everything! Genesis provided detailed information about his services from start to finish. Always punctual with no surprises. His dedicated space was immaculate, clean, warm, and inviting. I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for several years now, and I must say they are exceptional. From acupuncture to massages and the cupping therapy that accompanies each visit, they truly excel. While I had prior experience with acupuncture, I had never encountered trigger point therapy until I started coming here, and it proved to be immensely beneficial for my tight muscles and muscle spasms. On one occasion, I experienced sharp pain in my piriformis muscle after a run, causing me to limp for a day. I promptly scheduled an appointment the following day, and the trigger point therapy promptly alleviated the spasm, relieving me of the pain instantly.
