I concur with the sentiment regarding the futility of this station and its time-wasting nature. It stands in close proximity to other stops along the Four Line and is undeniably a station that the transit authority could do away with.
A superfluous halt on the 5/4 train route. In an ideal scenario, I would reach Manhattan much faster without the existence of this station. It always unsettles me when I witness a newcomer disembarking at this stop (If you're perusing this, there's likely a suitable spot for you in Upper Manhattan. Unless you hail from Riverdale, Pelham Manor, or the BX/Westchester border, kindly vacate the southern Bronx) 🙏
This place is literally a ghost town, no reason to be here, authorities should consider removing this station entirely or perhaps instructing every 4 or 5 train to bypass it without fail.
