Princess Nail Salon

Both my mother and sister, who are United States nationals, swear by this salon for Light Concept nails. After trying it for the first time today, I completely understand why they are loyal customers. The staff is professional, and Sandy is exceptional at her craft. My nails have never looked better or felt stronger. I highly recommend Light Concept with Sandy to anyone seeking durable and stunning nails.

I would rate them below one star if I could. My experience was terrible. Initially, the salon owner did my nails and did a poor job. The acrylic was uneven, and the French tip looked sloppy, as evident in the photo. He rushed through the process and didn't bother to check if I was satisfied. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were unaccommodating and made me feel like it was my fault for not speaking up during the service. I requested a partial refund, but he refused. Another technician fixed it later, but it still looked too thick, as shown in the picture. They were dismissive and impolite throughout. In addition to the poor service, the salon was unclean and lacked sanitation. I will never return, and I advise others to avoid it as well.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and I have always had a positive experience. Mike consistently does an excellent job with my nails, and I always leave satisfied. Over the years, I have received numerous compliments on my nails. The salon also provides fantastic pedicures, and the ambiance is delightful.
