After experiencing numerous pedicures in the past, I can confidently say that this service is the best I have ever received! The foot and leg massage was delightful. Kent, the person I had my session with, was incredibly skilled, and the owner is equally talented. The variety of colors to choose from is impressive. Whatever you desire, they have it! Enjoy the pampering!
I visited for a pedicure a month ago and the experience was not pleasant. I assumed it was because the person doing my pedicure was still learning. However, two weeks later, I developed soreness in two toes, one on each foot. The soreness quickly turned into an infection, causing my toes to ooze and drain around the nail bed. What started with 2 toes has now spread to 4. I am on potent antibiotics and anti-fungal cream to treat this infection. I am sharing this review to highlight the lack of cleanliness in this salon. While it may be an isolated incident, I believe it's important for others to be informed.
What a fantastic time at 101 Nails NSB. I took my friend for a pedicure. She has Alzheimer’s and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even allowed me to relax in the massage chair while waiting for her pedicure.
