***Avoid wasting time and money on inexperienced staff expecting quality work.*** A friend recommended this place for a powder set and gel pedicure. Disappointed with the thick nails, lack of foot scrubbing, untrimmed toenails, and overall amateurish look. Spending $110 on such poor quality was frustrating. Unbeknownst to me, only 3 out of the 20 employees are skilled, and they're always fully booked. When I returned for fixes, the absent owner left me hanging, so I opted to have everything removed. Ultimately, I paid $110 for nothing (no refunds due to policy). ***Once again, steer clear of inexperienced staff for satisfactory results.***
I'd rate them 5 stars, but there's always room for growth. Taylor does my nails, and he's a pro at applying acrylics.
Helen is my manicurist now (she’s amazing), but I’ve also been to Alex. Everyone here excels in nail art and creating a natural look with acrylics. They effortlessly bring any design I show them to life! They never turn down a request. I've also had Vi do my nails, and he's fantastic too! Their online booking system is convenient, and I've never had to wait. The salon is spotless, and I'm in and out in an hour. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my visits here.
