I must share my experience here. I spent $20 on hair dye supplies, followed all instructions precisely, but the results were disappointing. Despite my previous successful DIY hair coloring with other brands, this professional-grade product did not deliver. I am hesitant to recommend it.
I have been a loyal customer at this store for years, but my recent visit was disappointing. Despite indicating that I was fine and didn't need help multiple times, an associate was persistently intrusive. The checkout experience was also unpleasant, with the employee displaying rude behavior. As someone with over a decade of retail experience, I expect better service.
I arrived at the store at 6:15 p.m., with closing time at 7:00 p.m. A note on the door mentioned that they would return in 10 minutes, but no one showed up even after almost 20 minutes. This lack of professionalism resulted in losing three potential customers. I will not be returning to this location.
