My evaluation is based on my personal viewpoint from my visit there.
My nail technician did a decent job. They were not very friendly or inviting, and their brush for dusting off my hands looked quite dirty. The online shop indicated they were closed on the day of my appointment. I tried calling multiple times with no response, only to receive a call after my appointment had already begun stating that they had been open all along. I hurried over and upon arrival was not greeted, just asked why I was there, then told to wash my hands and state what I wanted done, even though I had already booked the service online so it should have been noted. They did not have the nail polish I requested from the sample card, and the manicure was nothing special, just buffing and applying polish. Overpriced. Due to the lack of atmosphere and unwelcoming staff, I will not be returning.
Wonderful experience with Bria! They flawlessly recreated the inspiration picture I showed them and gave me the perfect pedicure to match. I will definitely be returning!
