On my second visit here, the first time was fantastic but this time the gentleman rushed through my pedicure. I pointed out that my first foot looked messy before he even finished painting it. Two other team members glanced over and whispered something, and he just said "it will have two coats," when I mentioned they usually apply a white base, he insisted no...
