I waited a week before sharing my review because initially, I was satisfied with my hair post-salon visit. However, the high cost of the service, the overall salon experience, and my current dissatisfaction with my hair have prompted me to write this review. Here are my grievances in chronological order: 1. I paid $225 for a closure sew in, the highest amount I've ever spent on this service. The numerous positive reviews convinced me I would receive top-tier quality. 2. My appointment was at 2 pm. As a new client, I arrived early, completed paperwork, and paid upfront. Despite the appointment time, I waited over two hours as my hairdresser finished another client's sew in. It then took an additional two hours to cornrow my hair. I left the salon at 9:30 pm, much later than anticipated. The service was supposed to take four hours, but I spent the entire day there, canceling my evening plans. 3. The salon's hypocrisy regarding client rules was evident. I was never offered discounts despite the significant delay. The hairdresser's son was present, causing disruptions and diverting attention from my service. 4. Despite the salon experience, I initially liked my hair. However, I later discovered loose threads and poorly sewn tracks, causing discomfort and dissatisfaction. My hairdresser, Jasmine, was kind, but the overall experience and hair quality were disappointing. Paying $225 to wait over two hours, spend over seven hours in the salon, compete for attention, and receive a subpar sew in is unacceptable. 1/10, would not repeat.

I advise against purchasing hair from lace xclusive. I spent $640 on a 26, 28, 30-inch bundle with a frontal, only to receive poor quality hair in shade 613.
