My visit to Botanical Nails and Skin was truly delightful! The spa is stunning and every person I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. I came in with a few skin concerns and left with a radiant face as well as recommendations for products to maintain my fantastic results at home. Donica is extremely knowledgeable, she detailed every aspect of my facial and addressed all of my inquiries. On my second visit here, the first time was fantastic but this time the gentleman rushed through my pedicure. I pointed out that my first foot looked messy before he even finished painting it. Two other team members glanced over and whispered something, and he just said "it will have two coats," when I mentioned they usually apply a white base, he insisted no...
