I wouldn’t give them a single star, but the system won't allow me to give zero stars. I scheduled an appointment for an Italian wax, which caused me a lot of stress. I called multiple times with inquiries, and they were able to provide answers. The day arrived, and we were still feeling anxious as we drove for an hour to get there. Upon arrival, we found the door locked. I called the number, and the man on the other end yelled at me, claiming he had a family emergency. He wouldn't let me get a word in and kept interrupting me. I asked why there wasn't a phone call or even a simple note on the door since we had just driven an hour. He continued to yell about his family emergency. The owner or whoever was on the other end of the phone was rude and should be ashamed of himself. Customers should be allowed to speak; after all, they are the ones paying. Despite my request for a refund, he tried to negotiate a rescheduling. No, unless he plans to come to my house for the waxing session. Overall, this establishment is a scam, and the person in charge is a scam artist. It's surprising that they still have a physical storefront. I wouldn't be shocked if this place goes out of business within the week. Absolutely terrible experience.
LOTUS hair salon is exceptional. Alex is a fantastic individual and truly understands hair coloring. ❤
Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled. On the day of the appointment, I called to see if I could come in earlier. The owner agreed. I drove to the location, and while on my way in, the owner called me and asked me to come back in two hours. Someone who hadn't shown up for their appointment arrived 50 minutes late, and the owner took them and their friend ahead of me. Don't waste your time or money at this place.
