Absolutely top-notch! Divine Hair Salon delivers exceptional service in a cheerful, sunny, open space that is a delight to be in. Emma and Alex are extraordinary stylists who bring out the best in everyone...my partner, who is extremely particular about his hair, only trusts Divine. My child as well...they adore the experience. I get my hair styled and more, and the results are amazing...always leaving feeling and looking fantastic. I am so grateful to have discovered this spa online. After my regular spa closed down due to COVID, I had been searching for a new place. After trying several spas in the upper Fairfield and Litchfield County regions, I finally found the perfect one!Skin + Tonic is open in Monday: 11:00-17:00 Tuesday: 12:00-18:00 Wednesday: 10:00-16:00 Thursday: 10:00-18:00 Friday: 10:00-17:00 Saturday: 9:00-16:00 Sunday: Closed

I wouldn’t give them a single star, but the system won't allow me to give zero stars. I scheduled an appointment for an Italian wax, which caused me a lot of stress. I called multiple times with inquiries, and they were able to provide answers. The day arrived, and we were still feeling anxious as we drove for an hour to get there. Upon arrival, we found the door locked. I called the number, and the man on the other end yelled at me, claiming he had a family emergency. He wouldn't let me get a word in and kept interrupting me. I asked why there wasn't a phone call or even a simple note on the door since we had just driven an hour. He continued to yell about his family emergency. The owner or whoever was on the other end of the phone was rude and should be ashamed of himself. Customers should be allowed to speak; after all, they are the ones paying. Despite my request for a refund, he tried to negotiate a rescheduling. No, unless he plans to come to my house for the waxing session. Overall, this establishment is a scam, and the person in charge is a scam artist. It's surprising that they still have a physical storefront. I wouldn't be shocked if this place goes out of business within the week. Absolutely terrible experience.
