I have been going to Hidden Gems for over 2 years and have had exceptional service. The establishment is very professional, clean, and has a pleasant ambiance. I have had every nail technician work on my nails, and I was thoroughly satisfied with each one of them. Regardless of the nail style I desired (usually inspired by an image from the internet), they were able to execute it perfectly, especially the dazzling nail designs. I am perplexed by some of the negative feedback. Give them a chance, you will not be let down. Moreover, their pricing for nail services is very reasonable.
