Secret Nails

I have been going to Hidden Gems for over 2 years and have had exceptional service. The establishment is very professional, clean, and has a pleasant ambiance. I have had every nail technician work on my nails, and I was thoroughly satisfied with each one of them. Regardless of the nail style I desired (usually inspired by an image from the internet), they were able to execute it perfectly, especially the dazzling nail designs. I am perplexed by some of the negative feedback. Give them a chance, you will not be let down. Moreover, their pricing for nail services is very reasonable. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The individual who did my nails completely misunderstood my requests, opting to do their own thing. Despite showing a specific design and providing a picture, they dismissed it with laughter and proceeded to randomly choose colors that did not match, painting without seeking my approval. In the end, there was a clear lack of understanding, with the person and another woman suggesting alternative designs. Feeling frustrated, I relented and asked for French tips, but the technician used pink acrylic powder that did not complement my skin tone. Now, my nails are pink with a white French tip, despite my repeated explanations that I needed to match a purple dress. I am strongly considering visiting another salon to have them redone.

I recently visited this place to have my nails done before a trip, as it was conveniently located near my workplace. Despite the mixed reviews, I prefer to assess an establishment based on my personal encounter.
