I waited for 45 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. When I offered a partial tip, the individual muttered something in a language unfamiliar to me. The use of a drill to remove polish resulted in excessive grinding. Following my pedicure, my feet actually feel worse than before. Additionally, I observed the individual rinsing the pumice stone in unclean pedicure water and returning it to storage.

If it were possible to assign negative stars, I would do so without hesitation. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, I was instructed to arrive in 10 minutes, which I promptly did. However, I endured an additional FORTY-minute wait. Customers who arrived after me were served first. This recurring issue has left me absolutely livid! This type of treatment is unacceptable. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have visited. Rectify this situation promptly, or you will undoubtedly lose many more patrons. I left without receiving any services and vow to never return. You have forfeited a loyal customer.

I have frequented this establishment for many years for nail care services. The staff members are usually very pleasant. On my recent visit for a pedicure, a new individual with an array of tattoos on his arm provided me with what I can only describe as the worst pedicure experience of my life. He caused a cut just below my big toe nail, both nails were filed unevenly, and the paint application was subpar. Furthermore, there was still residual dead skin on my feet. I paid $40 plus a gratuity for this disappointing service. Despite years of satisfactory experiences, I have decided not to return to this salon. And for clarity, my nails were not done during this visit.
