I was exploring for somewhere fresh and stumbled upon Bennett’s Beauty Bar. They arranged me promptly and informed me of who would be performing my services. It felt incredibly inviting and everyone was extremely friendly! They engaged in conversation and took their time with me, not making me feel hurried. Also, the pricing was quite reasonable! I will definitely be returning here!
The reservation platform was perplexing, resulting in me being scheduled with someone who couldn’t do nail extensions as I desired. The booking platform lacks details on the service provided. I aimed to have gel extensions for short, pointed nails. The nail technician mentioned she couldn’t do extensions, so we tried to shape my nails into a point. However, they turned out round, inconsistent, and misshapen. Additionally, I had to endure the nail tech beside me narrating a disturbing story about a friend's child cutting kittens' ears with scissors. It was nauseating to listen to. Who discusses such gruesome topics so casually? Moreover, my nail tech made a disparaging remark about my color choice, insinuating I should be grateful I didn't choose black. Furthermore, she neglected to clean under my nails after charging $40 for a manicure. This lack of attention to detail is disappointing. I will not be returning.
