I have also started getting lash extensions with Karolina, and for the past six months, they have seamlessly guided me from classic to volume lashes while imparting valuable knowledge during each appointment. I have always had wonderful experiences in this place until recently when I received a cut and color that I was not satisfied with. They tried to correct it, but I expressed my continued dissatisfaction. I spoke to the owner who seemed dismissive and mentioned that my stylist would reach out to me. Despite my multiple texts, she never responded. It's disappointing because I considered her a friend. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but I feel disrespected after being a loyal customer at Rimage for several years.About

Just finished a massage session. It was quite relaxing, but the therapist only gave me a 50-minute massage even though I paid for 60 minutes. When I raised the issue of timing, she explained that she included the time I checked in and undressed as part of the session. This differs from my past experiences with other therapists, despite having had many massages before. Anna my second mother absolutely adores this place, always leaving with a smile 😁 She's been doing my daughter's nails since she was five years old. Now, at the age of eight, she got her first set of acrylic tips yesterday in 2024 and she absolutely loved it. The nails were perfectly done for her age - not too mature-looking. The best part was that my daughter could still go to school and handle her responsibilities while looking fabulous.
