I have always had wonderful experiences in this place until recently when I received a cut and color that I was not satisfied with. They tried to correct it, but I expressed my continued dissatisfaction. I spoke to the owner who seemed dismissive and mentioned that my stylist would reach out to me. Despite my multiple texts, she never responded. It's disappointing because I considered her a friend. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but I feel disrespected after being a loyal customer at Rimage for several years.
