I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. The staff is very welcoming and I have had no complaints.
They experienced a significant decline in quality. Avoid having a pedicurist handle your manicure; I tried it twice and both times my gel manicure, which typically lasts two weeks, peeled off in just 4 days. I will never return here solely based on the price. Moreover, they attempted to overcharge my young niece, who was just getting a color treatment. Had I not questioned the price disparity, they would have charged me $65 instead of the usual $45.
