Just finished a massage session. It was quite relaxing, but the therapist only gave me a 50-minute massage even though I paid for 60 minutes. When I raised the issue of timing, she explained that she included the time I checked in and undressed as part of the session. This differs from my past experiences with other therapists, despite having had many massages before. Considering the cost of each session, it's disheartening to feel like I didn't receive the full service.
Visited for a facial with Gene, and it was absolutely amazing! Gene was exceptional - very attentive, knowledgeable, and had a kind and sweet presence. She tailored a facial perfectly suited for my skin and even went the extra mile by massaging my face, jaw, shoulders, arms, and neck. It was a truly divine experience! The environment at ECW was welcoming and calming. I highly recommend it and plan on returning monthly.
5. I have visited this place for 2 massages and had a really positive experience. The space is clean and nice, with a variety of gifts and snacks available for purchase at the front. During the massage, there was soft music playing along with a sound machine. If you prefer deep tissue massage, I recommend booking with Adonis.
