Anna my second mother absolutely adores this place, always leaving with a smile 😁 She's been doing my daughter's nails since she was five years old. Now, at the age of eight, she got her first set of acrylic tips yesterday in 2024 and she absolutely loved it. The nails were perfectly done for her age - not too mature-looking. The best part was that my daughter could still go to school and handle her responsibilities while looking fabulous. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
I visited this salon just two days ago and I am extremely disappointed with the results. My nails look terrible - the nail polish has already started peeling off on one nail, and the others are lifting as well. I hadn't even started my pedicure when I realized I had to leave. To top it off, the pedicurist charged me $5 just to remove my regular nail polish (not even gel). I will not be returning to this salon, now I have to spend extra money to fix my nails.
I am a huge fan of Anna's Nails! David is always efficient and does a fantastic job on my nails every time. And who doesn't adore Mary? She epitomizes excellent customer service. She greets me by name and always with a warm smile. I can confidently say that I will never go back to Nail Pro on Church Street.
