This was my premier visit to Fizzy Fingers nail Studio. They were incredibly accommodating and kind when scheduling my appointment. Having recently relocated, I needed a new salon closer to home, and I am thrilled to have discovered this gem. The proprietor is the epitome of kindness, and Mina is simply superb! I am overjoyed with my gel manicure and pedicure. I have definitely found my new go-to nail haven. -Colleen
An absolutely exceptional journey from beginning to end! The reservation process was seamless with excellent follow-up. Upon arrival, the check-in was swift and efficient. Maggie (manicurist) and Diana (pedicurist) were truly outstanding, taking the time to ask questions to ensure I received exactly what I desired and providing fantastic suggestions. The positive ambiance was truly noteworthy - every team member appeared genuinely content and worked together seamlessly. Their warmth and professionalism were evident. The personalized attention, coupled with their expertise and amiable demeanor, made my initial visit truly memorable. The check-out process was smooth. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit to this nail sanctuary where customer contentment is clearly the top priority!
My sentiments are mixed regarding this salon. During my initial visit, I was fortunate to have Maggie perform my UV gel pedicure, and she did an exceptional job. However, today, a different technician, of Asian descent, attended to me. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated as she inadvertently injured my cuticle, causing it to bleed. The situation worsened when I returned home and encountered salt water while preparing dinner. Additionally, the nail tips and edges were not adequately covered. If possible, I would rate her service poorly, but I am awarding three stars due to Maggie's exceptional work.
