Time Nails

I've visited Time Nails multiple times. Initially, my gel manicures were well-executed and lasted for about two weeks. However, I stopped going due to dissatisfaction with a nail artist's technique. The application seemed sloppy and unprofessional. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance. Upon making an appointment, I specifically requested not to be booked with the same nail artist. Unfortunately, I was assigned to her once again. To avoid causing any discomfort, I opted for a regular manicure instead of gel. Regrettably, this will be my final visit to Time Nails.

Kiki was fantastic! He even gave me a shoulder massage while my nails were drying. Such a wonderful experience.

My experiences at this establishment have generally been positive. However, during my last visit, I encountered a new nail technician with a poor attitude. She hurried through my pedicure using subpar, inadequate tools that did not effectively clean my feet. Additionally, she displayed an ungrateful demeanor, as if providing service was a burden. When I received my manicure from the subsequent technician (situated in the first chair on the left upon entry), they seemed dissatisfied with a $5 tip, showcasing poor customer service. Consequently, I have not returned since.
