My initial visit to this salon for braiding was truly delightful! I opted for petite, knot-free braids at a reasonable cost, and the service was prompt. The final style was precisely what I had envisioned. I will surely revisit this salon for future braiding sessions!
The individual who applied my wig was expecting a child and did a subpar job. She frequently paused to rest and eat while I sat there feeling helpless. In the midst of working on my hair, she left to attend to another client, which is unacceptable. Despite being a 360 lace front, the back of my hair looked messy after the installation. I assumed they were skilled in handling 360 lace fronts, but evidently, they are not. I spent a minimum of 5 hours there, whereas their website indicated a 2-hour duration. They talked more than they worked, especially the individual who worked on my hair. It took them a whole hour to realize they were out of hair glue and had to make a trip to the store, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait. When the lady returned with the glue, I was dismayed to see that she had purchased a cheap $12 hair glue. For all that trouble, I could have done it myself using a pricier glue that would have lasted longer, as my lace front began to detach within 3 days. I do not recommend this establishment. I will not be returning.
While the braids themselves turned out beautifully, the extended wait time (8 hours) due to short staffing was a downside. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the outcome and will revisit in the future! The pricing was very reasonable as well.
