I visited the clinic today for my yearly check-up. Everything went smoothly until I requested a BRACA test due to a significant family history of cancer. Despite previous reluctance from the doctors, they finally recommended the test after a recent family loss. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to draw blood from my small veins and suggested I go to a more experienced lab. Frustrated after waiting for over an hour, I left without the test. I will be seeking a new healthcare provider and will not be recommending this clinic to others.
