I had my septum pierced at this establishment and it was truly a fantastic experience! Alex was my piercer and they were incredibly welcoming, hygienic, and provided a thorough explanation of the entire process. All the individuals I encountered on the staff were professional, accommodating, and readily addressed any inquiries I had. Additionally, the piercing turned out wonderfully!
Everyone at this location was pleasant except for Sam. They were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and overall very patronizing. It's unfortunate that they were the sole negative aspect of this entire experience. Their behavior was so unpleasant that it deters us from returning, which is regrettable because the other individuals were so kind and engaging unlike this individual. I highly advise against seeking their services and opting for another piercer if possible. It's also surprising to learn that others have lodged complaints about this individual even 6 years ago, indicating that their demeanor has likely remained consistent and may not change in the near future.
Visited this place today to get two earlobe piercings and it was an exceptional experience! Jamie detailed all the options for jewelry and aftercare extensively. Alex did my piercings and was so amiable and easy to converse with. When the actual piercing took place, I hardly felt a thing! Furthermore, the establishment is impeccably clean. I will definitely return!
